Find the best OSM tactics for every situation in Online Soccer Manager. Browse community-shared formations including 4-3-3, 4-5-1, 5-2-3 and more. Create and save your own tactics, export them as a backup, and import tactics shared by other players. Updated tactic database for the 2026 season.
