This Refund Policy applies to all paid subscriptions purchased through OSM Helper, including the Ad-Free subscription. By subscribing, you agree to the terms outlined below.

All Sales Are Final

All subscription purchases are non-refundable. Once a subscription is activated, no refunds or credits will be issued for any unused portion of the subscription period, regardless of the reason.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account's Ad-Free page. Cancellation stops all future charges immediately. Your ad-free access remains active until the end of the current billing period. Cancellation does not entitle you to a refund.

Exceptions

We may issue refunds at our sole discretion in cases of technical failure directly caused by OSM Helper that prevents access to the ad-free service. To request consideration, contact us at support@osmhelper.com within 7 days of the issue occurring.

Chargebacks

If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, we reserve the right to suspend or permanently close your account. Please reach out to us directly — we are happy to resolve any billing issue promptly.

Policy Changes

OSM Helper reserves the right to update this Refund Policy at any time. Changes take effect upon publication. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
